This document outlines the price transparency language specific to the Intellicure EHR Version 7.0.
No additional costs (ongoing or one-time) will be required for the purchase of the Intellicure EHR Version 7.0 outside of the following exceptions:
Intellicure clients wishing to utilize the ePrescribing functionality must pay a one-time setup fee for each provider as well as a monthly maintenance fee, also per provider. One provider license is automatically included in the purchase of the Intellicure product (at no additional cost), regardless of the total number of ePrescribing providers.
Intellicure charges a one-time fee for the implementation and testing of a Lab Orders/Results interface between a client's hospital system and their Intellicure EHR system. Additionally, a monthly maintenance fee covers the ongoing support, testing, and maintenance of the interface.
Intellicure charges a one-time fee for the implementation of interfaces to immunization registries or public health agencies. Additionally, a monthly maintenance fee covers the ongoing support, testing, and maintenance of the interface.
There are no additional technical or contractual limitations to use the certified components of Intellicure EHR Version 7.0
